The introduction of high-pressure pump 300FJ3H

The 300FJ3H pump adopts advanced technology - dynamic gap seal, which increase the service life. The 300FJ3H pump with compact structure, small size, light weight and high efficiency. The full range of multi-point forced lubrication will be used for the power end with the characteristics of stable driving, lower friction coefficient, low temperature and suitable for long time operation. The 300FJ3H can be suited for more applications: petrochemical, construction, ship industry, pipeline cleaning, tank cleaning, food industry, etc. The simplified design of the whole part is convenient for operation and maintenance. The cleaning cost is low, the cleaning speed is fast, the cleaning rate is high, no damage to the objects to be cleaned, no pollution.

Design of High-Pressure Unit:

Design of Suction line of the High-Pressure Unit:

1)   Pressure gauge for visual pressure monitoring. The pressure gauge is  mechanical.

2)   Pipeline pressure pump - the maximum increase pressure 6 bar.

3)   Sensor of low suction water pressure - provides protection for the entire       equipment, cannot operate  without water.

4)   Water tank - Stainless steel - with ball float valve to protect overflow and  low level of water.

5)   Stainless steel filter - ensure the cleaning of the water.

Design of pressure line of High-Pressure Unit:

1)   High pressure gauge for visual pressure monitoring.

2)   Air operated unload valve - balances air and pressure.

3)   Pneumatic system and pneumatic voltage regulation control device.

Water quality conditions have a direct impact on the operation of high-pressure pumps, such as dissolved solids and PH values beyond the allowable range, which may cause premature damage to the pump body or other accessories (for example, cylinder rupture) . Suspended gas (small bubbles) in the water can also cause premature damage to the pump body. These gases can be seen at the inlet of the water tank, with small bubbles floating or being squeezed out of milk.

When installing accessories or operating pumps, professional water quality experts should be arranged to inspect the water quality. If the water quality is exceeded the value range given in the table below, the water should be purified first. The water quality status is recommended as follows:

Suitable water quality requirements:

Remark: Ammonia or ammonia ion is prohibited in the water. The total dissolved solid content of the water should be less than 0.5PPm, otherwise, the plunger or stuffing will be damaged.
